Simply Beautiful

Riverside Cottage- a truly beautiful place to stay in an ideal location for exploring the island. Received a warm welcome at the cottage; things such as the well considered welcome basket and logs for the fire add to the very homely and comfortable feel, combined with up to date facilities and amenities. Really like how the cottage has been decorated in a modern style whilst maintaining the cosy, traditional cottage atmosphere. its easy to fall for the place, I'm still missing it and we will be back!

A Little Slice of Heaven

We cannot recommend this holiday destination highly enough. The Isle of Mull itself is a magical place and an absolute must for anyone with an interest in wildlife and natural history. The fabulous Boathouse however made our holiday. This truly is luxury accommodation. The views are so spectacular that you don't really have to leave the house to experience the isle. The house is finished to an exceptionally high standard, immaculately clean and fully equipped with top of the range furniture and fittings. We were made to feel extremely welcome and we feel very fortunate to have discovered such unique accommodation which welcomes both children and dogs and hope to return very soon.

Relaxing

From the moment we arrived at Riverside Cottage we felt perfectly relaxed in what is one of the most comfortable and well equipped cottages we have ever stayed in. A perfect base for exploring this wonderful island with access to amazing countryside from the moment you step outside the door!

Magical

The Boathouse offers a brilliant get-away-from-it-all vacation. The mile long drive with its pretty shoreline takes you on a journey of wonder and fulfillment. It is truly a magical location for a relaxing holiday. Modern but traditional and sympathetic architecture leaves the impression of understated luxury and comfort. Superior fixtures, fittings and textures blend beautifully throughout this wonderfully designed building. The Isle of Mull, with its very friendly local people, spectacular wildlife and picturesque villages are a peaceful departure from life in the city.

Stunning

The Boathouse is simply stunning. There are very few self catering places in Scotland which can match it for, outstanding views, amazing design and relaxing simplicity. Made to feel most welcome and couldn't of wanted for any more. We will be back to enjoy this magical place very soon.
